- May 8th is the final session of Rabbi Steve’s Thursday afternoon Basic Judaism series. Next Thursday, May 14, he offers a new class, a look at what may lie behind some of the Bible’s most unbelievable stories, for example, “Balaam and his talking donkey”; Numbers 22:21-39
- This Friday night – Sisterhood Shabbat-honoring women in the military – Be part of this meaningful evening as we welcome Rabbi Chaplain Major Sarah Schecter of the U.S. Air Force, an author and third-generation service member, along with West Point graduate Lt. Terry Bresnick. Sisterhood leaders and members will help lead the service, followed by an enhanced Oneg.

- Sunday, May 17 at 7 p.m. Second meeting for Rabbi Steve & Rebbetzin Judy’s Israel Trip, scheduled for November 2027. At this meeting there will be a chance to ask the Tour Manager questions remotely. There are also some possible alternative itineraries to discuss. Volunteer Opportunity – We Need Your Help!
We’re looking for a few volunteers to share responsibilities supporting our building operations — not one person to do it all. If you can give a few hours a week and have experience with scheduling, coordinating custodial staff, managing projects, or working with suppliers and contractors, we would love to hear from you.
